The Flickerfest programme consists of shorts films screening in competition and non-competitive showcases
All sessions are rated 15+ and are approximately 100 minutes long.
All 9pm sessions are held in the outdoor Ampitheatre
All other sessions are held in the indoor theatre.
In case of heavy rain the 9pm session will move indoors

ALI AND THE BALL

8 year old Ali lives in a refugee detention centre with his mother and little sister Fatima. When his mother’s precious knitting needles are confiscated, Ali is forced to take action. Desperate to save his family, he hatches a plan using a ball and the help of a girl on the other side of the razor-wire fence.
